As a professional fiduciary, my goal is to provide so much more than just physical services. I come into the picture during a very vulnerable time in a person’s life – when due to age, disease, mental illness, or accident, a person is unable to make informed decisions about their own healthcare, finances, and even day-to-day living. It’s a stressful and confusing time for both that person and their loved ones.
Whether you’re here on this site because you are independently looking for someone to manage the affairs of a family member or friend, or I’ve been appointed to serve as a trustee or conservator for that person, my goal is your complete peace of mind. I’ve even been known to drop by people’s homes and take care of their animals in an emergency. Power of Attorney
Navigating the complexities of medical care, insurance, long term care policies, and personal finances gets more complex every year we age. I can be your “boots on the ground” for a distant family member for expert and immediate assistance in important medical and financial decisions.
As an agent for advanced health care directives, I can take the burden off your family by making important health care decisions for your loved one, including those involving end of life decisions. This allows you to provide the love and care your family member needs.
As a durable power of attorney I have the privilege of managing the client’s personal affairs, particularly through managing trusts and other financial instruments. My expertise in financial matters allows me to look after your loved one’s best interests while protecting their assets.
Conservator
If your loved one becomes unable to manage his or her own affairs due to age or illness, the court may appoint me as a conservator to manage these affairs on their behalf. As conservator, I manage their day-to-day living, health care and financial matters.
Pets
My clients sometimes call me the “Doggy Angel” of Indian Wells because I love your pets! To many people, our furry, four-legged creatures are like a second (or sometimes first) set of children. I can put your mind at ease ensuring your pets get the proper care they need until you, a family member or friend is able to care for them again.
